Who is responsible
The controller for the processing of your personal data on this website is the provider named in the imprint above. You can reach us at any time by email at hello@coconutpixel.com.
What we collect, and when
The only place this site collects personal data is the free audit form. When you submit it we receive the business name, the email address you enter, and — if you choose to fill them in — your current website address and a free-text note.
We use that information for one purpose: to prepare the audit you asked for and to reply to you about it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as the requesting IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. This is necessary to deliver and secure the site, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes the server log data described above on our behalf.
Audit requests are received and stored for us by Forminit, on servers inside the European Union, under a data processing agreement. Nothing you type into the form is stored on this website itself.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key 'theme'. It never leaves your device and we never receive it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
Audit requests and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as we are in contact about the work, and afterwards only where commercial or tax law requires it. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to object to processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@coconutpixel.com and we will act on it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
