A dermatology clinic in Brasov was running an English-language website for patients who search in Romanian, with a mobile performance score of 38 and no way to book online. We rebuilt it in Romanian with a booking flow and full medical schema. Mobile went from 38 to 94.

What we found

• The site was in English. The patients were Romanian, searching in Romanian, which made the clinic effectively invisible on its own local searches.
• A mobile performance score of 38, on a site whose audience is almost entirely on a phone.
• No online booking at all — a contact form that went to an inbox, and a phone number answered between consultations.
• No medical structured data, so nothing on the site could be read as clinical information by a search engine or an assistant.

What we built

• A full rebuild in Romanian, written for the patient rather than translated from the equipment brochure
• A booking flow that completes on a phone, with the intake questions the clinic actually needed
• Medical and LocalBusiness schema across the site, so conditions and treatments resolve as clinical content
• A performance pass: compressed imagery, no render-blocking work, mobile first throughout

What changed

Mobile performance went from 38 to 94 on the same measurement. Online booking exists where it did not before, which is the difference between a patient acting at eleven at night and a patient calling tomorrow, or not. The language change is the one that will matter longest: the clinic is now findable on the searches its patients actually type.
