Cluj-Napoca Website Reservations Local SEO
A seafood restaurant that had no website
A seafood restaurant in Cluj-Napoca with 4.7 stars and 780 reviews had no website, and every reservation arrived as an Instagram message. We built a reservation-first site in twelve days. Bookings moved off DMs within a week and the digital presence score went from 10 to 82.

What we found
- No website. The entire online presence was an Instagram profile and a Google listing somebody else had claimed.
- Every booking arrived as a direct message, which meant bookings stopped whenever nobody was holding the phone.
- No menu anywhere a search engine could read it, in a city where people search for a specific dish before they search for a restaurant.
- 780 reviews averaging 4.7 stars — an audience that already existed and could not be found by anyone who had not already heard of the place.
What we built
- A reservation-first homepage: the booking is the primary action, not a link in a menu
- The full menu as structured text, marked up so both Google and AI assistants can quote a dish
- Local SEO aimed at the dish-plus-city searches that actually end in a table
- Hours, address and phone stated once and pushed to every surface that had to agree
What changed
The site went live twelve days after kickoff. Reservations moved off Instagram inside the first week, which was the point of the build — not because DMs are slow, but because they stop entirely when the phone is down. The digital presence score, measured on the same rubric as the free audit, went from 10 to 82.
