Bucharest Two locations Ordering Content

A brunch and bakery brand that lived inside Instagram

A Bucharest brunch and bakery business ran two locations with no web presence at all — the whole brand lived inside Instagram. We built one site carrying both locations, their menus and ordering. It reached second place for its main local search within three weeks.

What we found

  • Two trading locations and no website, so neither address could be resolved by a local search that did not already know the brand name.
  • The menu, the hours and the ordering all lived in Instagram posts, where they expire down the feed and cannot be indexed.
  • No way to tell the two locations apart, which is exactly what a local search has to do first.
  • A recognisable brand with no owned surface — every customer relationship rented from one platform.

What we built

  • One site with a real page per location: its own address, its own hours, its own map entry
  • Menus as structured content rather than images, so a search engine can read what is served where
  • Ordering wired in, rather than a phone number and an apology
  • Content and on-page SEO aimed at the neighbourhood searches each location can realistically win

What changed

The brand ranked second for its main local search within three weeks of going live — from nothing, because there had been no site to rank. Both locations are now separately findable, which was never possible while the entire presence was one Instagram account, and the menu is finally somewhere it can be indexed and quoted.
